Old port - quai saint-pierre
History of Old port - quai saint-pierre at Cannes
Beneath the Suquet tower, the Old Port has kept all its authenticity, evoking the days when Cannes, an international city today, was no more than a modest fishing village. Main stages in its construction: first wharf en 1772, first jetty in 1836, the Albert Edouard Jetty in 1903, Quai Laubeuf in 1940.
